The thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in the Flint Room at Grange City Hotel, London EC3. The AGM will be followed by a presentation from the PRA & FCA. The AGM will transact the following business: 1. Report and Accounts, 2. Elect 4 directors, 3. Appoint auditors and 4. AOB
