2022 saw the implementation of our succession plans with changes at board level, committee and in membership structures. The board average age has reduced from 58 to 33 and brings our progression plans closer to reality, encouraging members to become ambassadors, then committee members and finally board members. However, we are not planning on losing our knowledge base and some members have gone full circle and are now ambassadors.
We would like it to be seen that we offer equal opportunities to our members whatever position or experience they have. We also like to encourage engagement and introductions, so we have created this new page to start the ball rolling.
