IRLA Link and Learn – Meet the Mentors; an introductory session

Who should attend
This session has been set up to consider mentoring from a personal and career development perspective, and specifically for graduates, young professionals and those entering legacy from other industries.

Learning Objectives
IRLA has many very senior mentors actively working with younger professionals, but todays session is a showcase of some of our younger members considering what formative experiences did they have and what advice that could share as a result. These are all experienced and successful individuals, who, we trust will be closer to potential future mentee’s in terms of career position and recent experience.

All workshop trainers have many years’ practical experience in their professional fields, and their real life practical responses to some of the workshops do’s and don’ts will help every delegate.
