IRLA Link and Learn Session – Re/insurance, Mergers and Acquisitions

OVERVIEW
An introductory workshop providing participants with information on the Mergers and Acquisitions process for re/insurance deals, as well as how reinsurance generates value throughout the process. The aim of the session is to encourage participants to gain a basic understanding of deals in the re/insurance legacy market and increase their awareness on how buyers and sellers can leverage reinsurance as an effective corporate finance tool.

TARGET AUDIENCE
The session is aimed at all market participants with an interest in the re/insurance legacy transaction sector and it will also appeal to those with an interest in corporate finance concepts and financial markets in general.
