IRLA YPG Link & Learn – Introduction to Mergers & Acquisitions and the Reinsurance alternative

Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions have been in the spotlight for a number of years and the current market environment suggests that this is set to continue.

This Link & Learn session will provide an overview of the Insurance M&A environment, the key stages in the M&A process and Part VII Transfers. An alternative to legal finality transactions, Retrospective Reinsurance, will also be explored.

Delegates will hear from fellow young professionals working in these roles and the session will be a natural introduction to

IRLA’s Academy training session on the same topic, presented at a more advanced level, on 30 May 2017.
