OVERVIEW
This seminar will provide an update on long tail conditions and emerging areas of potential liability in the claims arena covering recent developments in asbestos litigation, abuse claims, how silicosis could be an emerging legacy risk and the emergence of aerotoxicity in the EL area.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This session is aimed at claims handlers, claims managers, reinsurance technicians, financial and actuarial staff and all others who have involvement in long tail medical claims.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the session, delegates will be:
• Aware of developments in asbestos litigation and litigation tactics.
• Aware of developments in abuse claims and tactics.
• More understanding of emerging claim profiles such as silicosis, aerotoxicity and in the product liability arena.
